Who qualifies for the free Fi collar?

Anyone who completes a Barkbus grooming appointment during the promotional period — new customers and existing ones. One collar per household.

When will my Fi collar arrive?

We'll ship your Fi Series 3+ collar within 7 business days of your completed appointment, directly to the address on file. You'll receive tracking info the moment it's on its way.

Does the collar require a subscription?

The Fi Series 3+ collar is yours to keep. GPS tracking, Search Party, and AI health features run on Fi's membership, which starts at $19/month. You'll get a complimentary trial with your collar to try everything out — no obligation to continue.

What sizes are available?

Fi Series 3+ is designed for medium and large dogs. If you have a small dog or a cat, reach out to our concierge team and we'll make sure you get the right Fi Mini instead.

Can I use this with other Barkbus offers?

The Fi partnership stacks with our referral program and can be combined with standard pricing. It cannot be combined with other limited-time promotional discounts.
