She was extremely communicative and helpful throughout the entire experience, from arrival to "pickup, " and was extremely thorough in asking about details for how we wanted to groom. I can tell Finn was treated with love and care throughout his experience. The convenience of Barkbus coming right to my doorstep was unparalleled as well. Will definitely be booking again ASAP!
