She definitely has the touch and an amazing eye for maximizing cuteness. And she has caught and called to my attention the smallest things (like a reemerging ear infection recently). She was extremely communicative and helpful throughout the entire experience, from arrival to "pickup, " and was extremely thorough in asking about details for how we wanted to groom. I can tell Finn was treated with love and care throughout his experience. The convenience of Barkbus coming right to my doorstep was unparalleled as well. Will definitely be booking again ASAP!
